The 37th Annual Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition (NELMCC) at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �ǿմ�ý once again brought together hundreds of law students, legal scholars, and practicing attorneys for one of the nation’s largest and most prestigious interschool moot court competitions. This year, 48 schools from across the country participated, with Lewis & Clark Law School emerging as the 2025 NELMCC Champions.

�ǿմ�ý recently announced the launch of the Center for Global Health, an initiative focused on chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) and other communicable and non-communicable diseases in urban environments through research, advocacy, and education.

On Monday, February 10, 2025, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �ǿմ�ý welcomed Professor Michael C. Dorf, Robert S. Stevens Professor of Law at Cornell Law School as the speaker for the 2025 Dyson Distinguished Lecture. His lecture was entitled: “Play in the Joints of the Religion Clauses and Law More Broadly.”

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �ǿմ�ý proudly co-hosted the New Directions in Environmental Law Conference (NDEL) held at Yale Law School in New Haven, CT on February 15, 2025. This year's conference analyzed changes and emerging issues in environmental law in a collaborative atmosphere. Organized by students from Haub Law, Yale Law School, Yale School of the Environment, and Vermont Law & Graduate School, the event featured insightful discussions on pressing environmental issues.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �ǿմ�ý is proud to announce that Achinthi Vithanage, Associate Director of Environmental Law Programs & Professor of Law for Designated Service in Environmental Law at Haub Law, was named to the .

�ǿմ�ý Career Services on Friday hosted one of its signature events: the Spring 2024 Job and Internship Career Fair. With over 775 students in attendance—including many from Pace’s campus in Lower Manhattan—the fair connected students with more than 115 top employers from a wide range of industries.

�ǿմ�ý Art Gallery is pleased to present Flux: Barbara Friedman, Linda Herritt, and Will Pappenheimer, an exhibition showcasing the work of three distinguished contemporary artists and longtime faculty members in Pace’s Art Department as they prepare to retire at the end of the Spring 2025 semester. On view from February 7 to March 22, 2025, the exhibition will open with a free public reception on Friday, February 7, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �ǿմ�ý is delighted to announce that they will have the honor of hosting Anthony Moffa, Professor and Associate Dean for Innovation at the University of Maine School of Law, as a Haub Visiting Scholar.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �ǿմ�ý is proud to announce the appointment of an accomplished leadership team to continue to guide its top ranked Environmental Law Program into the future. Haub Distinguished Professor of Environmental Law, Katrina Fischer Kuh, will serve as Faculty Director of the Environmental Law Program. Achinthi C. Vithanage, Professor of Law for Designated Service in Environmental Law and Associate Director of Environmental Law Programs, will assume the role of Executive Director of the Environmental Law Program. Additionally, Josh Galperin, Associate Professor of Law, will take on the role of Faculty Director of the Sustainable Business Law Hub.
